About the Role:
As the Controller / HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial and human resources strategies of our organization. You will oversee a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Financial Management:
- Overseeing all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Human Resources Leadership:
- Leading and managing the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
- Providing financial and HR insights to inform decision-making.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal Controller / HR Leader will possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000
